FAQs
What types of tasks are included in Help Desk Support?
Yes, our WordPress maintenance service really does! As soon as you’ve actively subscribed to an Agency plan, you may submit an unlimited number of requests to our Help Desk Support team. Each individual task is limited to approximately 60 minutes, but there’s no limit on the number of 60-minute tasks you can send us each month.
What types of tasks are included in Help Desk Support?
If your website is on a Freelancer or Agency plan then you get Help Desk Support.
Help Desk Support tasks generally do include any WordPress issues or updates that can be completed within 30 minutes or less while logged in to your WordPress Dashboard, including:
- Fixing website errors and bugs
- Edits to existing page content, copy and images
- Install & configure plugins
- User login & password management
If your site is on an Agency plan, then Help Desk Support may also include:
- Publishing new blog posts & landing pages
- Updating existing page layouts
Help Desk Support tasks do not include, on any plans:
- Custom development (PHP, plugins, themes, etc)
- Developing a new landing page layout, contact form, or new website
- Updating your theme or plugin code
- Graphic design
- Copyrighting
For Example:
- Included: You want us to update the staff directory on your website.
- Not included: You want us to design a new graphic to add to your website.
- Included: You want us to add a new field to your contact form.
- Not included: You want us to create a new form for job applicants.
Can multiple website receive support under one plan ?
Each domain (website.com, subdomain.website.com, etc) requires its own plan, either Personal, Freelancer, or Agency. If you have 3 websites that you would like us to maintain and manager, you’ll need 3 separate plans. If you have 5 or more websites please book a call for custom pricing. If you have more than one website on a multisite network we require that you sign up for an Agency plan.
What if a task requires more than 30 minutes?
All tasks that can be complete in the WordPress dashboard and require less than 30 minutes to complete are included in both Freelancer or Agency plans.
What are your hours of operation and working hours ?
Our core support team works remotely within the India, US, and Poland. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm IST (Indian Standard Time). We respond to all requests as soon as possible and strive to complete all Help Desk Support requests within 1-2 business days. Tickets are completed based on the order they are received and the severity of the issue.
How does the onboarding work for the new plans ?
Once you sign up for the plan that makes the most sense for your WordPress website, you’ll receive a welcome email with details about how to securely send us your login credentials for both WP admin and FTP. Once we have received this information, we’ll have your plan fully implemented in 24-48 hours.
Fully-implemented means that one of our support engineers has logged into the site, connected it to our remote maintenance system, performed a manual test of the remote backup process, and manually perform any outstanding core/plugin updates.
We take our time to properly optimize everything for your unique core files, theme and plugins, making sure to not cause any downtime or potentially compromise your site.
Do you maintain and support ecommerce websites ?
Yes, we absolutely LOVE e-commerce! Websites with advanced functionality like e-commerce require our Freelancer or Agency plan. E-commerce sites require additional support in order to properly manage them, so it’s imperative that we dedicate the necessary resources in order to keep your site fast and secure with 100% uptime.
